Zach Even-Esh; author, father, coach, teacher and one of the most aware and conscious, self examining, observational pros on winning and character. This was goddamn amazing and will color a lot of listeners. I love this guy.

  His book, The Encyclopedia of Underground Strength and Conditioning, is an amazing and informative read for every coach/athlete/parent.
