Sue got into paleo and primal diets because she needed to combat her multiple sclerosis and got involved with an organization called "Changing Habits" to help people make better choices for their health. She also has a friend who made a documentary called "What's with Wheat?" which talks about the truth about where wheat has come from, where it's gone, and how it's damaging people.
